Artist Introduction
I come from a background in film art and directing.
Years of working in cinema taught me to witness spaces being built and torn down in the blink of an eye. These fleeting rooms left behind soft but unforgettable silhouettes in my memory.
Some of them were rooms I built for characters—spaces where they once lived, spoke, left traces behind.
So I began to draw, and to create handmade books—quiet exits for these once-existing scenes.
Each book is a room in miniature.
It holds memories, unsaid words, and gently waits for its reader to find a space of their own within it.
The Power of Writing
In a time when information floods our lives, our thoughts often become scattered, restless, or unclear.
Writing is a quiet resistance.
As the pen touches paper, the mind begins to settle.
Unspoken words, buried thoughts—writing gently draws them out and gives them shape.
Through this act, we come to understand what we truly feel and think.
Writing brings clarity. Writing brings calm.
It pulls us away from screens and notifications, and back into a conversation with ourselves.
A notebook is more than a stack of paper—it’s an invitation.
An invitation to return to the present, and to place your attention gently between the lines.
